First appearance: February 21st, 1993 Snoopy lies on his back on his doghouse and thinks, "I think I hear a can opener." Snoopy sits up and lifts one ear to hear better. In the kitchen, Charlie Brown lifts the lid off of a can of dog food and says, "Ouch!" Charlie Brown walks out the front door with Snoopy's food dish and says, "Whoops!" At Snoopy's doghouse, Charlie Brown looks up at Snoopy and says, " First appearance: February 21st, 1988 Snoopy and Woodstock sit atop the doghouse. The former thinks,"Sometimes they say, 'It's coming down in buckets!'" He spreads his hands as Woodstock looks back at him. Charlie Brown must be the one who suffers, because he’s a caricature of the average person. Most of us are much more acquainted with losing than winning. Winning is great, but it isn’t funny.
