The Armstrong Project

In 2022, Peanuts Worldwide launched “The Armstrong Project” establishing $200,000 in endowments at Howard University in Washington, DC, and Hampton University in Hampton, Virginia, which includes an annual scholarship to students studying either arts, communications, animation, or entertainment. Each school received $100,000 to establish endowments.  As an enhanced scholarship program, The Armstrong Project will also ensure mentorship and internship opportunities for the students with individuals and companies in entertainment fields such as animation, film, and television.

Learn about Franklin Armstrong

Franklin is a busy kid: he plays baseball and is learning guitar, he’s a member of a swim club and of 4H. Though his life is active, Franklin is never too busy to help his friends. He is supportive and smart and always willing to lend a hand. He also enjoys spending time with his grandparents and learning about the old days from them. And even though he thinks Charlie Brown’s friends are a little weird, he’s happy to be part of the gang.

Harlem's Fashion Row

Peanuts Worldwide and Harlem’s Fashion Row have teamed up to open doors for designers of color to introduce their authentic and unique perspectives as they create pieces that marry clothing and art. The collection, inspired by Franklin, will embody the love and appreciation we all feel for our friends, family, and community who are with us on our individual journeys.
